Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore, is a remarkable Hollywood actor and writer Her talents have won her critical acclaim and recognition. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the oldest of children from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper as well as Anne who is a psychology student. She's of Scottish-English descent.
